UPYBA requires all families to pay a $100 volunteer deposit (cash or check made out to UPYBA, one deposit per a family, not per a player). You’ll need to bring the volunteer deposit (cash or check) on uniform distribution night in order for your player(s) to receive their uniform (jersey & hat).
If you sign up to volunteer for one of these opportunities below, UPYBA will not cash your check or if you paid in cash, your deposit will be returned to you. Here are a few opportunities for you to earn back your $100 volunteer deposit.
- Work one shift in the Snack Stand.
- Umpire for one Minors game.
- Participate to help on field set-up/clean up days.
- Dedicate your time as a head coach.
- Be a board member (openings available)
